Patricia J. Seaver, MSW, LICSW, possesses a very unique background as a licensed, clinical psychotherapist in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Metro Washington DC for 30 years and as a coach and corporate executive. She is a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. Her psychotherapy practice included individual, couples and family therapy. During her professional career she has worked with patients and clients locally and worldwide.
Pat earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University and an MSW from Simmons College Graduate School of Social Work.During her professional life she has also undertaken post-graduate training in professional coaching and Positive Psychology. Her more recent interest in Yoga, meditation, and mind-body practices has added a new dimension to her coaching practice.
Understanding the connection between mind and body has further enhanced her ability to mentor individuals to flourish in their lives.
